✔ 6 unidades de blanquetas de pavo
✔ 250 g tomate natural triturado
✔ 90 g de pasas
✔ 120 g ciruelas pasas (sin hueso)
✔ 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
✔ 600 g cebolla cortada en juliana
✔ 3 cucharadas de piñones tostados
✔ 720 ml de agua
✔ 50 ml de vino de Jerez
✔ Sal y pimienta al gusto
1. Hidratar las pasas y ciruelas durante 30 minutos con agua tibia. Escurrir y reservar.
2. Mientras, pon a punto de sal las blanquetas de pavo Turkey Lovers. Es importante sazonar bien toda la pieza.
3. En un cazo, calienta el aceite y dora las blanquetas.
4. Agrega la cebolla en juliana, rehoga y cuece hasta caramelizar. Añade los 50 ml de vino rancio/vino de jerez y deja que evapore el alcohol.
5. Añade el tomate triturado y cuece hasta que todo este bien caramelizado. Moja con agua y deja cocer durante 20 minutos a fuego lento.
6. Escurre las ciruelas y las pasas, y añádelas al guiso. Deja cocer durante 30 minutos más, hasta que la pieza de pavo esté tierna y el sofrito este bien caramelizado.
7. En el momento de servir, disponga los muslos en la fuente de servicio, salsee con el sofrito y termina repartiendo los piñones por encima.
