1 bandeja de burger de pavo
2 panes de hamburguesa
4 tomates
1/2 cebolla
8 patatas Cambray
400 ml de agua
2 dientes e ajo
1 guindilla
200 ml de aceite de oliva
100 ml de vinagre de jerez
1 cucharilla de comino
2 cucharadas de queso viejo para untar
1 pimiento rojo pequeño
20 g de mayonesa
Brotes frescos
Pimienta
Sal
1. Cuece las patatas Cambray enteras con 400 ml de agua y 100 g de sal hasta que se evapore toda el agua y queden las patatas arrugadas.
2. Prepara el mojo rojo: en un recipiente para batidora añade los tomates cortados en trozos, el pimiento, la media cebolla, los dos dientes de ajo pelados, el comino, la guindilla, el vinagre de Jerez, el aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta. Tritura todo durante 3 minutos y reserva.
3. Dale vuelta y vuelta a las burgers por ambos lados durante unos 9 minutos hasta que estén bien cocinadas para servir.
4. Para finalizar, coloca encima de la base del pan la burger, agrega unas rodajas de tomate, cebolla, una cucharada de queso viejo y espolvorea brotes frecos. Por último, acompaña el plato con las patatas Cambray y el mojo rojo.
