✔ 1 bandeja de de ragoût de pavo
✔ 1 zanahoria
✔ 250 g de setas de cardo (fuera de temporada en conserva o congeladas)
✔ 1/2 cebolla rallada
✔ 4 patatas medianas
✔ 2 hojas de laurel
✔ 1 vasito de vino blanco
✔ Tomillo
✔ 1/2 cucharadita de pimentón
✔ AOVE
✔ Sal
1. En una olla añade un poco de AOVE y cuando esté caliente incorporas la cebolla rallada y la carne de pavo. Remueves y dejar cocinar a fuego lento durante 5 minutos.
2. Pasados los 5 minutos, añade la zanahoria en rodajas, las setas de cardo (previamente descongeladas sin estas eran congeladas), mezcla bien y deja cocinar con la tapa puesta, a fuego lento, y durante 5 minutos más.
3. Pasado este tiempo, incorpora el vino, las hierbas aromáticas, las especias y la sal, además de 1/3 litro de agua caliente, y las patatas cortadas en trozos medianos. Deja cocinar a fuego suave durante unos 30 minutos, hasta que la salsa se haya reducido y concentrado todo el sabor.
4. Cuando esté lista deja reposar en la misma olla durante 5 minutos. Pasado este tiempo, sirve el estofado.
