1. Pelar y cortar las verduras para la cama poniéndolas en el fondo de la bandeja y rociando con AOVE.
2. Ahora vamos a preparar el relleno, cortamos las frutas y las verduras y las introducimos en el interior del pavo. Atamos las patas con hilo de hornear.
3. Por último vamos a preparar el adobo, en un cazo ponemos el aceite, la ralladura de naranja, el romero picado, pimienta y sal, removemos bien hasta que esté ligado y con un pincel, pintamos toda la piel del pavo.
4. Introducimos el pavo en el horno, va a estar unas 4 horas a 180º. Es recomendable las primeras dos horas que este tapado con papel de aluminio para que no se queme, después lo destaparemos para que se dore.
5. También lo regaremos con el jugo que vaya soltando una vez que lo hayamos destapado.
6. Sabremos que está cocinado porque al pinchar el muslo no tiene que salir líquido blanco o bien comprobando la temperatura con un termómetro especial para horno.
