WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA?

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?

Procavi will keep the user’s data for the duration of their contractual relationship and after this, if they have given their consent, the data will be kept for promotional activities for a period of two years. For other users, the data will also be kept for a period of two years, without prejudice to the data withholding obligations required by the applicable legislation in each case.

In short, the data will not be kept for longer than is necessary for the purposes described above, without prejudice to the withholding that may be necessary for the formulation, exercising or defence of potential claims and/or as long as is permitted by applicable legislation.
