ANIMAL PROTEIN AND FAT PLANT
The Animal Protein and Fat Production Plant has been in operation since 2006, and throughout all these years it has undergone significant changes and improvements, which have led to a higher quality of the products obtained.
The aim of the processing plant is to use 100% of the turkey’s raw material, revaluing the parts that are not used through treatments that achieve its transformation.
Standard transformation methods are used for the transformation of by-products, as set forth in Spanish Regulation 142/2011.
The Animal Protein and Fat Production Plant has a meat line, which produces turkey processed animal protein and turkey fat, a feather line and a blood meal line.
The basis of a healthy animal is a healthy diet. The quality of their feed makes all the difference. That’s why our high quality animal protein, sourced 100% from the turkey, provides an excellent source of essential nutrients that improve the final quality of the feed. The palatability and odour of our protein allows the manufacturing of more palatable and digestible feeds.
